For justice, for the victims, and for grammar (these are real accusations–the doubt you're trying to emphasise is already built-in). Most of the accusations we've recently heard of also speak of actions that aren't crimes. Criminal law allows you to give as many sex toys to your interns as you want. Employment law, and common decency, are something different. They also don't require the standard of proof you're demanding.
