If you are not planning to spend time in countries, where VPN is required, then I would just buy a VPN service. Too much hastle with setting it up and the established providers are very good and easy to setup. I will send you an email :)

Almost all commercial VPNs are blocked, also many openVPN style services are detected and blocked too.
