Do your business, buy your groceries, pay your mortgage and taxes in it. Whether that's realistic or not I haven't the energy to debate on HN. But it is certainly incorrect to say that bitcoin/USD exchanges have any sort of place in the cypherpunk utopic vision of a cryptocurrency future.
