A lot of PHP folks nowadays try to distance themselves from the simplicity that made PHP popular. Avoid falling into AbstractInterfaceAdapterFactory trap and use it like it was conceived to be used; simple and procedural (https://toys.lerdorf.com/archives/38-The-no-framework-PHP-MVC-framework.html https://toys.lerdorf.com/archives/38-The-no-framework-PHP-MV...). Otherwise, just use Java.
