I'm not from silicon valley but priorities vary a lot from person to person. I value shortest possible commute time much higher than an extra ~2500 square feet I don't need.

- DerfNet 9y agoNo idea what stats show, but I can tell you personally that I have a 20 minute round trip commute daily and wouldn't have it any other way (except shorter if possible)
