- thg 9y agoSkynet is entertainment. A real ASI will be much more proficient at removing threats. Both nanobots and a genetically engineered super virus, for example, would be very well suited to extinguish humanity in a timeframe that makes resistance / retaliation impossible. Now if I as a dumb human can come up with that, just imagine what a being incredibly smarter than anything we could imagine could come up with.
