I don't believe so, since one of GuardDuty's key features is running analysis of CloudTrail logs...which is AWS API activity.
Plus, there are many, many flowlog analysis tools out there...and Spot is only in incubation...that doesn't lend itself to being a 'prod' security tool for as many customers as AWS has.
