I'm confident that you are correct, there's a lot of people doing the work that know exactly where the problems are. I'm also confident that a lot of people doing the work are sure that they know what the problem is but are quite wrong.
- maxxxxx 9y agoThat may be possible. I still believe the first step should be to ask the people who are doing the job instead of going to some consulting company. From my experience these people are not that smart either. The only difference is that management actually listens to them.
