I enjoy the food at BWW but the logistics of how orders are handled has resulted in noticeably slower / common missed items in service. This has led me to go less often. I'm not exactly sure what's going on between the order taken and what comes out but some days it takes over an hour even when the place isn't busy.
I've always wondered if they've considered hiring a few bright guys/gals from Accenture to come try a few adjustments?
- maxxxxx 9y agoI don't think they need Accenture. I bet the people doing the work know exactly where the problems are. The uppers just need to listen.
- cjhopman 9y agoI'm confident that you are correct, there's a lot of people doing the work that know exactly where the problems are. I'm also confident that a lot of people doing the work are sure that they know what the problem is but are quite wrong.
- maxxxxx 9y agoThat may be possible. I still believe the first step should be to ask the people who are doing the job instead of going to some consulting company. From my experience these people are not that smart either. The only difference is that management actually listens to them.
