why does nobody else realize this
- astura 9y agoBecause it's not true as the foreclosure rate proved in 2009.
- wheresmyusern 9y agoso a bunch of people decided to buy into a scam -- decided to buy hugely, massively overpriced houses, and enter into loans with insane interest rates, all the while not having even the most tenuous fucking hope of ever paying for any of it, and you point to that and tell me that its evidence that land is a bad investment? are you fucking crazy?
