@hackermailman - that site is a good tip thank you, I will look into it! There are two reasons why I am (at least for now) looking for a regular job (even though I might have to take a big salary cut). Firstly, with my EU citizenship I can stay only 90 out of 180 days in Ukraine. And my one year Russian business visa has the same condition. So I cannot settle permanently. Secondly, I think working together with the (local) people will be one cultural part I want to experience and will help me to really integrate into the society.
