I believe they mean that doing so is not a copyright infringement, even if it is a tricky situation for businesses who want to provide streaming services. The DRM is granting powerful stipulations beyond those specified by the law. I don't actually know the law, but I assume the EFF does. Also, I wish humans were able to resist the urge to downvote things they don't agree with. This comment contributes to the conversation and was not made in bad faith.
