Removing global menu and placing the clock in the middle was a mistake. Now I have 2-3 lines less code in my editor, so why was wasting space considered a good idea?
- listic 9y agoI can think of having to ship in time for a "test run" 17.10 release (the one before the 18.04 LTS) as the only justification. I hope it will be worth it and they will be able to prepare 18.04 LTS all the better because of that. You don't have to update the OS every 6 months, anyway.
