- JoshMnem 9y agoThat's a terrible restriction for people who have many virtual desktops. I've used 10 in two rows for years (or 9 in xmonad) so that's my mental model of where everything is located.

- fmoralesc 9y agoYou can configure gnome-shell to use static workspaces from the gnome-tweak-tool application as well.
- mcjiggerlog 9y agoAh yes - you'll want to set the number of spaces to static first.
