This is a very misleading and inflammatory title. Furthermore, it is not the linked article's title. The title makes it seem like Wikimedia's official position is against net neutrality and that is not the case. Their official position is in support of net neutrality. If you want to make arguments that some of their actions do not jibe with their official position, go ahead but make the title reflect that.
