- JoeAltmaier 9y agoI think they're talking about the trunk lines, which are mostly dark (unused). The bandwidth technology has outstripped demand by orders of magnitude. There's no traffic-related reason to 'prioritize' any traffic. The real goal is to charge rent on content they don't produce, just because its going over their cable.
