- microcolonel 9y agoSure, but they could just buy a half ham this year, or not buy ham, or pay more for it than Chinese people are willing to pay. If some Spaniards go hamless this year, it will not be a tragedy, and it will be entirely in their power to correct. Christmas comes once a year, so prices are flexible for those who must have the hallowed ham.
