I tried this and 40" was just too large. I suppose if you get yourself an extra wide desk but the regular IKEA desk and height adjustable Multitable I used it

I tried this and 40" was just too large. I suppose if you get yourself an extra wide desk but the regular IKEA desk and height adjustable Multitable I used it simply too close to use comfortably.
