It often feels like I'm the only one on the planet who genuinely doesn't want to make money off bitcoin. It's a pretty satisfying perspective, though -- I don't feel jealous of anyone who has or will make a killing off bitcoin speculation. I don't want it to fail and I don't really care if it succeeds. To me it's an interesting phenomena which is just as likely to be the most important creation in a century as it is to be a temporary fluke/bubble which won't stand the test of time. Running around hopping on popular ideas, foaming at the mouth fearing to lose out is an unpleasant mental/emotional state of mind IMO.
