I've worked with Django, Flask, Rails, Express, and Go. It gets to the point where it's not "which framework is the best" but "which framework is the best for our company". Having interviewed at a ton of start-ups recently it's been overwelmingly Node because its super easy to hire for and onboard, with the benefits of dynamic programming and node's ecosystem. If your company has a great hiring pipeline or is super attractive to candidates, you could do something more niche like erlang, scala, elixir, go, etc., to more closely match technical needs.
Everytime I see "x is better then y" I just chuckle and slowly step away.
