- abalashov 9y agoA lot of times, the process looks more like: - AT&T declares the rate it will charge in its [Red State] PSC tariff filing; - [Red State] PSC stamps it. But yes, it is certainly true that they cannot just charge capricious and whimsical rates that change daily at their pleasure, or anything like that.
- twunde 9y agoYou can remove the red state. It applies to blue states as well for telecom and energy

- thenewwazoo 9y agoOf course not, but one of the two major parties has absolutely made such things one of their policy planks. Don't make a false equivalency.
