I agree with this ↑. I would not pay for vim coaching. More specifically, I don't personally like the idea of coaching because it I just don't like that style of learning. To me, a video course would allow the user to dip in and out, grant more flexibility, and generally be more value for money. The laracasts focusing on vim, or emacs rocks series are good examples. To be honest though, I don't think I'd pay for a video series either. There's already so many good resources for using vim. In my humble opinion, asking this question here is probably not going to resonate with the audience you would be looking for in any case.
