But: It will be obvious that [i]something[/i] is being kept hidden. It would help avoiding blacklists (slowing Netflix),unless/until known tor nodes get blacklisted, then cat n mice to get non-blacklisted tor access. It would not help avoiding whitelists (caps on everything except the "partner" sites)
