If you interpret no longer being on cholesterol medication, high blood pressure medication, PPI's, along with no longer having elevated AST/ALT levels and elevated triglyceride levels, then yes, I guess I'm terribly sick - for over 3 years now. Stick to what you know because nutrition is not it.
