If you want something more ready-to-go, you can use https://www.wombatdialer.com/ https://www.wombatdialer.com/ - works with Asterisk clusters and requires no explicit programming - you just declare what you want done, and it takes care of the rest. You just feed it through an API.

- kimi 9y agoFYI - not trying to market any product here. Wombat (though closed-source) is free to use for small sites / hackers - if you just want to run it with a couple of phones, or play with speech synthesis/recog, it will take way less effort for the dialing part than brewing your own. It's not free if you want to fill 500 channels, but I doubt that's what people here are going to do.
