That's actually not true, criteria for O-1 are pretty liberal (at least they were until Trump reforms).
- iamcreasy 9y agoA few weeks back I talked to an artist who was on O1 visa, and she said she needs to renew this visa once every year, and she has to prove that she is doing a significant amount of work in her field to maintain eligibility.
