I've tried different virtual reality glasses on different occasions and using different interactive simulations and it never feels real to me. I can see that everything is in 3D but I really don't feel like I'm there. I don't find it more immersive than if I was playing it on a normal screen. The strange thing is that it seems that different people can have different opinions about how immersive the experience is; even when trying the same simulation with the same VR gear.
