- featherverse 9y ago> Whoever told you that is lying to you. No. The key word in the statement is "qualified". The marketplace is flooded with unqualified candidates with 4 year degrees. Capability in the tech industry can't be taught in 4 years. It's a life-long passion. And those people are extremely rare. This is why you keep seeing preventable security breaches in giant corporations. They can't find competent employees.
