Ability to delete all data related to me is a key. It should be possible for me to go to Google or Facebook and ask them to delete all data they have collected on me over the years (emails, photos, text messages, list of friends, phone number, job history, geo location, search history etc). And by delete I mean actually get rid of the data so it is not recoverable. NOT soft delete. If a company fails to do so (or doesn't provide some relatively simple way to do it like an online form), there should be harsh financial penalties.
