People who lament how public schooling sucks often want government to fund higher education without realizing results would be horrible. Public schools work only for Asians and white because they live in good neighborhoods and take responsibility of their children's academic performance. For Blacks and Hispanics the situation is very very bleak and these people are simply be defrauded by the government.
