Before the parent can be made to restrict internet use, they first have to understand their own susceptibility to internet over use. I used to try to restrict use of YouTube until i looked at my own history. It's like a drug user telling you to stop using drugs. So i tried to fix it for myself first. Now I'm the guy that will not watch the video you just sent, for the simple reason that it is designed to be addictive. The problem is not just children but also parents.
