I mean, basically every UEFI implementation I've worked with supports any number of boot entries - but I'm forced to hit a key during startup to even get to the menu to select one. All it would take is an option to present a selection menu every boot (unless the operating system has asked to boot a specific one during a reboot) and I would set my grub timeout to like 2 seconds with no menu by default.
