- dwg 9y agoAs someone who has been using cold water at the end of my showers for a while now, it doesn't feel miserable at all. It's rather refreshing.
- thomastjeffery 9y agoIt may also help clear out the sinuses, or make them feel less sensitive. Hot water can dry you out. Cold water may help counteract that.
- SmirkingRevenge 9y agoMy guess would be that it exercises your will and discipline, more than anything else. Basically, maybe it toughens you up mentally a bit.
