My BART train this morning was stuck in the transbay tube for about 40 minutes this morning because a train in front of ours had someone get stuck in the door. Our conductor spent those 40 minutes of us sitting in a hot train bitching at us for someone else getting stuck in the doors. There's literally just zero professionalism/pride in your work from so many people nowadays.
