The Obama administration can only create government jobs (or jobs otherwise funded by government spending). Any idiot could borrow a huge pile of money and hire a bunch of people to sit on their thumbs. If you're talking competency I'd want to know how well the administration balanced the need to create jobs against the adverse effects of growing debt and I'd want to know whether the employment was valid, useful and sustainable.
