Prosecutors, for the most part are immune to civil suits being brought against them.

- noer 9y agoI think so, but the Supreme Court didn't in 1976. Frankly, I think there should be a lot more personal liability around careless work when it impacts the health & safety of others. For example, I think police misconduct damages should be paid of out of the police pension funds.
