- detaro 9y agoGoing through the list per-domain (https://news.ycombinator.com/from?site=nytimes.com https://news.ycombinator.com/from?site=nytimes.com) or searching for (keywords from) the URL helps in such cases
- falcolas 9y agoI've been watching this idly on hckrnews.com; it's been leaving and coming back to the front page with great frequency. As of this post, it's off the front page again (39 and falling). I would speculate that there are user flags fighting against upvotes at play. That's usually the case when there are still articles from yesterday afternoon with fewer upvotes still on the front page. Unfortunately, the flags usually win, once it's been off the front page for any appreciable length of time.
