No. I'd never like to interview with a company which just hires me (I don't think I've any red flags) and then after 3 months tells me "Sorry, we only had to hire 2, we hired 5, and though you're good, you're not as good as Mr. X". I'd rather work at a place which has the intention of keeping me for a long time.
