Women, minorities?! At this point even those "privileged" (male, qualified, experienced) have problem getting hired. The technical recruitment has become perpetuum-mobile of job postings, assignments, countless audio and video calls, technical teasing. Sometimes I'm wondering - is there any actual hiring happening? I have impression there are people in companies who are literally getting paid for creating recruitment noise and infinite "hiring".
