So you still do technical interviews, just long ones that require you to quit your current job first.
No thanks.
This might work if you're looking to fill a pipeline with 'good enough' junior people who you can then push into an appropriate role, rather than hiring for something specific.
- expertentipp 9y agoNEVER quit the job for another one where they just want to sniff you. Try to learn how many people the company is hiring and how many positions long term they want to sustain.
