Yes, it happens. In my view what your describing is also unacceptable behavior. In the past I would have overlooked it, at this point I wouldn’t accept it and I’d ask her to stop and mention it to her manager/ my manager (or HR). I have no doubt that women suffer from harassment more in the workplace. But this behavior is also not ok.
