- spenczar5 9y agoIt usually doesn't work. They usually don't get better. It's usually better to just not have hired them in the first place. You waste a lot of time. That's my experience.
- s73ver_ 9y agoThere's usually far better ways to do it, and in my experience, "confronting them directly" is usually code speak for "get to yell and browbeat someone".
