If only there was a way to determine who it would help/hurt, and then to only give it out when it would actually help.

- mikeash 9y agoExtrapolating from the experience of people who were genocided, displaced, systematically oppressed, and excluded from productive economic activity strikes me as likely to be inaccurate.
