I'm dubious about generalizing paper-filter results to the paper-under-pressure aeropress; you can see the oils come through. It's great for the body of the coffee though.
- xyzzy_plugh 9y agoThat's a good point, and it depends on how you brew. Many people use the aeropress differently. I do push but not very hard. Some let it drip (gravity). Also, just my anecdata.
