The attention being brought to this by journalists wouldnt be happening if Youtube were being more accountable. Its fine if they do not want to offer a product for children, but when you do offer something for children you take on a massive responsibility. Youtube admitting the mistake and fixing it is the only answer they can give of course. But it is a major point that they should responsible in the first place, so responsible that a journalist isn't needing to write a story on this.
