TSLint has this: https://palantir.github.io/tslint/rules/strict-boolean-expressions/ https://palantir.github.io/tslint/rules/strict-boolean-expre... It doesn't play well with the vscode tslint extension for some reason (doesn't show up at all) so you need to run tslint manually to see the errors.. but it's better than nothing.
