- Digory 9y agoTrue. Nevada appears to be a contributory negligence state, so the truck driver might be out of luck if that makes him mostly responsible. I guess we don't know if the Shuttle was, or could be, ticketed for something. In most 'no-fault' states, though, I think the shuttle would shoulder some of the responsibility.
