  No, it’s virtuslly impossible. And even if you could and eliminated foreign tax deferral, you’d be giving Samsung a hammer to crush Apple with. Can you imagine if Samsung keeping 80% of its profits while Apple shareholders lose 70% to Foreign, State, Federal and State & Federal Dividend taxes? Samsung could invest more in more opportunities, while Apple would get eaten away.
