I don't doubt you (you surely know more about this than I do), but I would think that most of Flash's actual horsepower usage would go straight into the low level graphics engine - tweens, displaying sprites, boundary boxes. Is there really so much complex ActionScript out there that a JIT is needed on absolutely all platforms?
