Cloud Human Resource Tool

We are looking for a cloud based human resource tool that will allow our company to track start dates, performance issues, vacation, etc.I do remember running across one 6-8 months ago but I must not have booked marked it. If anyone has used a service like this that they can recommend I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
